The NFC Academy, organized by Wise Media, is a high-end technology congress focusing on the topic of near field communication (NFC) and its applications.
A limited number of speaking slots will be open to interested parties that submit proposals no later than

SCOPE OF THE CONFERENCE
The NFC Academy will focus on the following topics:
NFC state-of-the-art:
- technology outlook & development
- business models and project ROI
- mobile handsets with NFC
- adoption of technology outside of mobile phone applications
NFC based applications:
- mobile payment
- electronic ticketing & automatic fare collection
- access control
- asset control & asset tracking
- mobile loyalty coupons
- entertainment & content delivery
- interactive advertising, event & lead management
- NFC & social networks
SPECIFICATIONS FOR YOUR SUBMISSION
Contributions must be original, previously unpublished and submitted in English. Abstracts will be evaluated on the basis of content, originality, topicality, clarity and caliber of the speaker. The NFC Academy aims to be an informative event; as such, commercial presentations will be rejected.
In order to be evaluated, candidates should provide the following data:
- author’s name
- author’s company/organization and position
- author’s short Bio/CV (narrative form, approx. 200 words)
- author’s portrait (high resolution, 300 dpi)
- author’s full contact details (address, email, telephone, fax)
- title of the presentation (max. 15 words)
- abstract of the presentation (min 200 words, max 300 words)
- conference stream suitable for the presentation (only one)
Abstracts should reflect the scope of the event, which is the diffusion of high-level information on state-of-the-art NFC technology deployments in advanced contactless applications. Please note that in the selection process case histories and end-user presentations will be favored.
